for the following position: CRM Marketing Manager**Overview**: In your role as CRM Marketing Manager you will be the marketing representative for CRM in close collaboration with Key Stakeholders / Business Owners from Marketing (e.g., Lead Generation, Digital Marketing). Act as functional expert/global go-to person for CRM Marketing related topics and as sparring partner to define CRM requirements for Marketing processes.**What you’ll do**:

- Drive CRM adoption in the Sonova WHS organization through operational effectiveness & efficiency on CRM usage
- Enable Marketing Excellence by leveraging CRM to its full potential across customer (B2B) and consumer (B2C) processes
- Lead /drive/ manage projects and CRM implementations to enable strategic marketing initiatives, fulfilling business requirements and data privacy regulations
- Identify CRM related opportunities to drive improved customer & user experience in partnership with global marketing stakeholders, process owners and IT
- Build the bridge in CRM from Marketing to Sales & Service, ensuring integrated processes that are aligned with Sales & Service elements, data, processes
- Elevate CRM knowledge and user capabilities in the WHS organization (both at global & local level with focus in Marketing) by coaching CRM key users and continuously improving/building “CRM Knowledge & Training Portal”

**What you bring to the team**:

- Experience with CRM process implementation (preferably Salesforce)
- Experience in digital marketing with focus on demand generation is an asset
- Strong business understanding and results orientation
- Strong customer orientation and problem solving skills
- Ability to break down processes in single steps, without losing overview
- Able to work under the pressure of conflicting priorities
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, cross-cultural teams within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
