As a Content Marketing Specialist at Avidbots, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing content strategies that engage, educate, and inspire our target audience. Leveraging your 5+ years of content creation expertise and understanding of B2B tech buyer journeys, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand narrative and driving meaningful connections with our stakeholders. This role requires a knack for developing compelling content across various formats, with a focus on both short and long copy that resonates with our audience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand our products, solutions, and target audience, ensuring that content effectively communicates our value proposition and addresses customer pain points and positive business outcomes.
- Leverage your 3+ years of content marketing experience within the B2B tech sector to develop content strategies that align with our business objectives and drive brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation.
- Utilize your knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) to create tailored content that resonates with key target accounts, enhancing our ABM efforts and supporting sales initiatives.
- Lead content creation and distribution, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with design and multimedia teams to develop visually appealing content assets that enhance the overall storytelling experience.
- Analyze content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine content strategies, optimize engagement, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform content creation and stay ahead of the curve.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in content creation across various formats, showcasing your ability to craft both short and long copy that captivates and resonates with target audiences.
- 3+ years of experience specifically in content marketing within a B2B tech company, with a proven track record of creating content that drives engagement and supports pipeline generation.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- Familiarity with content management systems, Salesforce (CRM) and marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.).
- Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to measure content performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies is a bonus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include criminal/civil background checks
