Role at a Glance
Join our team and support our Business Development team with a wide range of marketing and communication activities. This role is essential in driving our communications and marketing efforts and ensuring our team has the tools they need to succeed. This role is primarily responsible for CRM Coordination, becoming the internal expert, training and supporting others in CRM usage and report management. Other duties include event and sponsorship coordination, conducting market research, content creation and management, social media support, and other initiatives in support of corporate objectives.
What You'll Do
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the company's CRM system and other tools ensuring accurate data entry, maintenance, and reporting, while providing support to the entire organization for CRM-related needs..
- Content Creation: Produce diverse marketing deliverables, including social media content, newsletter articles, award submissions, and other public relations materials.
- Social Media Support: Assist the Marketing and Communications Specialist with content creation and execution for social media platforms.
- Content Library Maintenance: Maintain and update the firm's business development content library and project information database.
- Financial Coordination: Review, maintain, and update department invoices and budget processes.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate various events, including company sponsorships, networking events, speaking engagements, award galas, and company gatherings.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the communications team, including scheduling, reporting, correspondence, and document management.
What You Bring to the Table
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with vendors, clients, and partners.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in CRM platforms
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges and propose solutions independently.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in relevant software (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Prior experience in business development, marketing, or related fields is desirable but not mandatory.
