**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet patients upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with check-in and payment, billing and insurance procedures
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about clinic services, and patient concerns.
- Manage billing and booking of patients using management software and ensure accurate data entry for patient information.
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain knowledge of clinic policies, procedures.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming patients
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Uphold high standards ofcustomer service at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles, preferably in a clinical front desk setting.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and Jane and POS software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A genuine outgoing personality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

- Weekends as needed
