**You will**:

- Understand the rhythm of our booking flow — and drive it to its fullest capacity.
- Welcome and guide patients through their visit.
- Coordinate bookings, communication, and patient flow with accuracy.
- Keep the clinic organized, professional, and ready at all times.
- Support practitioners and maintain operational flow.

**You are**:

- Experienced in front-desk or client or patient-facing roles.
- Clear, composed, and reliable under pressure.
- Detail-oriented and confident in your professionalism.
