**Health & Wellness Clinic | 10-30 Hours per Week | Medical Office Experience Required**
We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Desk & Marketing Coordinator to join our busy health and wellness clinic. This part-time position (10-30 hours per week) is ideal for a bilingual professional fluent in Farsi and English with experience in a Canadian health clinic or medical office, strong computer skills, and an interest in marketing and social media management.
- **Position Overview**_
The Front Desk & Marketing Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in clinic operations, patient communication, scheduling, and marketing promotion. This role combines medical office administration, customer service, and digital marketing support to help grow the clinic and provide an excellent patient experience.
- **Key Responsibilities for Front Desk / Medical Office Administration**_
- Greet and assist patients professionally and warmly
- Manage appointment booking, scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-ups
- Process payments, direct billing, and front desk transactions
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation
- Coordinate daily clinic operations and support practitioners
- Ensure smooth patient flow and high customer satisfaction
- **Marketing & Social Media**_
- Manage and grow clinic social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create, post, and schedule content related to health, wellness, and clinic services
- Promote clinic services, programs, promotions, and events
- Respond to online inquiries and engage with potential and existing clients
- Assist with local marketing, referrals, and in-clinic promotions
- Support brand awareness and patient acquisition efforts
- **Qualifications & Requirements**_
- Fluent in Farsi and English (spoken and written) - required
- Previous experience in a Canadian health clinic, medical office, or wellness clinic - required
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with clinic booking software / EMR systems (Jane App is an asset)
- Knowledge of marketing, social media, and customer engagement
- Ability to attract, interact with, and retain patients
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Canadian work experience required
- **Computer Skills**_
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable using medical office software and appointment booking systems
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content posting
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and troubleshoot basic issues
- Confident working with computers in a fast-paced front desk environment
