Raw Material Coordinator

**Your Role at KIK- LAVO Division**

Reporting to the Planning and Purchasing Manager, the person in this position will ensure that the raw materials required by the production schedule are available when needed. He/she will also ensure that the raw materials inventory is as accurate as possible, and make adjustments accordingly. She will work closely with the Planning Manager, Receiving/Shipping, Production Supervisors and forklift operators.

**What You''ll Be Doing?**
- Analyze inventory in conjunction with production requirements to ensure that required raw materials are available.
- Execute inventory transfers of required raw materials.
- Coordinate transportation for certain raw materials.
- Make/check raw material receipts.
- Keep inventory up to date. Count and adjust if necessary.
- Plan and manage annual inventory.
- Analyze and anticipate MRP messages.
- Make appointments with raw materials suppliers and produce delivery schedule.
- Manage raw material storage trailers to maximize space.
- Coordinate sample requests for Marketing Department
- Validate storage invoices
- Follow up on non-conforming raw materials with Purchasing and QA
- Make month-end adjustments (Bulk, Batch, Warehouse)
- Respond to Finance queries on inventories.
- All other related tasks

**What You''ll Bring**
- Diploma Collegial Studies in operations management or logistics or experience in planning, warehousing management, raw materials purchasing or other relevant experience
- Experience with the JDE ERP system would be an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Bilingual
