**Responsabilities**
- Ensures that reused materials are properly organized and delivered, while making sure their usage is optimized;
- Inspects and monitors the contents of kits and their arrangement and generally ensures the efficient movement and distribution of materials along the production line;
- Responsible for the proper storage of materials in the yard;
- Actively participates in continuous improvement activities related to materials and the warehouse;
- Supports and promotes 5S principles within their area of responsibility.

**Requirements**:

- DVC (Diploma of Vocational Studies) or DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in a related field;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in material planning or management within a production environment;
- Proficient with computer systems;
- Knowledge of inventory management in the railway sector is an asset;
- Experience related to parts repair is a definite asset;
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent customer service and results-oriented attitude;
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to multitask, energetic and versatile;
- Experience working within a procurement team to achieve goals and complete team projects;
- Initiative in problem-solving and strong organizational and planning abilities;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
- Experience in procurement using ERP systems such as Oracle or IBM Maximo is an asset.
