**About the Role**:
We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Supply Chain & Production Coordinator to manage and optimize our international logistics, inventory, and production flow. This role is key to ensuring that our aromas and finished products are manufactured and shipped smoothly across multiple locations while maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing costs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing international shipments of raw materials and finished products
- Act as the primary liaison with manufacturing partners (1 in Canada, 2 in Europe) regarding logistics, inventory, and production
- Monitor and manage aroma inventory levels across all subcontracted manufacturing sites
- Manage finished goods inventory stored at our French logistics facility
- Place and track production orders, using sales data and forecasts to align with demand and minimize excess
- Continuously optimize transportation strategies to reduce shipping costs and delays
- Implement and maintain tools and processes to facilitate management of raw material shipments and production coordination
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to anticipate inventory needs based on product launches and campaigns
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations

**Required Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or production coordination (experience in flavoring, cosmetics, or consumer packaged goods is a strong asset)
- Proven experience working with international partners and third-party manufacturers
- Strong background in process implementation or optimization tools (e.g., ERP, inventory management, planning tools)
- Solid understanding of inventory management and demand planning
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with spreadsheets and logistics software (ERP knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English and French; Spanish is a strong asset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Chaîne d’approvisionnement & Production expérimenté(e) et très organisé(e) pour gérer et optimiser notre logistique internationale, notre inventaire et le flux de production. Ce rôle est essentiel pour garantir que nos arômes et produits finis soient fabriqués et expédiés efficacement à travers plusieurs sites tout en maintenant des niveaux de stock optimaux et en minimisant les coûts.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Coordonner tous les envois internationaux entrants et sortants de matières premières et produits finis
- Servir de principal point de contact avec les partenaires de fabrication (1 au Canada, 2 en Europe) concernant la logistique, l’inventaire et la production
- Surveiller et gérer les niveaux d’inventaire des arômes chez tous les sites de fabrication sous-traitants
- Gérer l’inventaire des produits finis stockés dans notre installation logistique en France
- Passer et suivre les commandes de production, en utilisant les données de ventes et les prévisions pour aligner la demande et minimiser les excédents
- Optimiser en continu les stratégies de transport pour réduire les coûts d’expédition et les délais
- Mettre en place et maintenir les outils et processus facilitant la gestion des expéditions de matières premières et la coordination de la production
- Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales et marketing pour anticiper les besoins en inventaire liés aux lancements et campagnes
- Maintenir une documentation précise et assurer la conformité avec les réglementations internationales d’expédition
