**Tactical Responsibilities**

Research and resolve inventory issues from all areas of the warehouse

Determine root cause of inventory discrepancies

Perform adjustments to inventory as needed

Perform inventory control auditing through counting and auditing warehouse locations

Perform Location Checks in all areas of the warehouse

Perform Cycle Counts and Product Checks in all areas of the warehouse

Process Inventory put-backs from Inventory, Problem Solve and other areas

**Leadership Responsibilities**

Coordinate with other departments in the warehouse to identify and resolve inventory concerns

Perform coaching and training to other associates and leaders in the warehouse regarding inventory procedures and process

Perform quality audits in other areas of the warehouse (problem solve, special projects, wholesale, replenishment, etc) as assigned

Use independent judgement in determining course of action for inventory movements

Determine and assign priority workloads to other team members

Mentor/train other Inventory associates on internal processes

**Requirements**:
Previous warehouse or Inventory Control experience

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent problem solving skills

Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations across multiple areas

Demonstrated knowledge of inventory control process and procedures

Thrives on high energy and a fast paced environment

Proven ability to positively coach associates and leaders on inventory and quality process and procedures
