**Compensation**:$22.65 per hour
**As a Logistics Administrator, you will be**:
- Preparing and processing delivery paperwork, including verifying customer payments and entering serial numbers for product during invoicing
- Completing exchanges by creating credit notes and transferring product within the warehouse
- Tracking product movement both within and between warehouse locations
- Assisting warehouse with customer pickups by preparing paperwork and invoicing sales orders upon completion
- Checking that returns or exchanges from the previous day’s deliveries has been received into the warehouse
**To be successful in this role, you should**:
- Have a previous logistics experience an asset
- Have a previous administrative experience an asset
- Be proficient with MS Office
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and handle an ever changing workload
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be detail-oriented
- Have good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines under pressure
- Have willingness to work additional time where necessary to ensure that tasks are completed on time
- Be available to work any day including Saturdays and Sundays
**Schedule**:
- **Schedule**: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday)
