Strong analytical and financial acumen; able to translate data into actionable business insights. Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement frameworks.Strategic and hands-on leader capable of scaling operational excellence through people and process. Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, adept at influencing across functions and levels. Results-driven with a bias for action, accountability, and data-backed decision making. Committed to developing talent and fostering a high-performance culture.Willingness to travel up to 25% across regional sites.
