**Responsibilities**
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
- Coordinate and monitor logistics of the movement of parts, supplies and materials within company and ensure that supplies, materials and products are shipped and received on schedule
- Communicate regularly with warehouse, production supervisors and purchasing and inventory clerks to coordinate activities between departments
- Extensive knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices to prepare and process all customs documents for local and international shipments
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management using manual or computerized systems

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as logistics coordinator
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements for US and international shipments
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
- Working knowledge of Cantonese and Mandarin would be an asset.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
