Business Development Coordinator

**NewRoads**Mazda**,**a division of the NewRoads Automotive Group, is hiring a **Sales Business Development Representative and Creative Genius. This role is integral to our sales team and has a salary and bonus pay plan.**
**Responsibilities of a Sales Business Development Coordinator / Creative Genius role include**:
- Maintain a log of all daily outbound activities in the CRM
- Discuss daily attack strategies with the Retention Specialist
- Contact next-day service appointments based on set criteria and set them up for the Retention Specialist
- Participate in all outbound activity reviews to develop strategies to increase contact/appointment rate
- Provide daily feedback to the Retention Specialist and General Manager on outbound activities
- Actively contact current lease and finance clients
- Book _appointments_ by Retention Specialist’s schedule and client’s comfort
- Update customer data in CRM without errors
- Participate in all sales and retention-related training
- Investigate client file to get familiar with each scenario before contacting
- Stay up to date with all Mazda Canada training and new product launches
- Continuously brainstorm and develop creative concepts for customer engagement, retention initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to engage customers, build brand loyalty, and promote the dealership through compelling content, contests, and responsive communication.
- Create compelling video content for various platforms, including customer testimonials, vehicle walkarounds, service explanations, and dealership culture videos.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in customer retention, marketing, and the automotive industry to keep the dealership at the forefront of innovation.
- Identify and develop partnerships with local businesses to offer exclusive customer benefits and expand the dealership's reach.
