- Complete market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and positioning in the market.
- Partner with FCL strategy and marketing teams to strengthen brand awareness and prepare suitable communication materials that will aid in the sales process.
- Establish strategic alliances and partnerships to expand FCL’s capabilities and market presence.
- Attend conferences, trade shows and industry networking events to further the name of FCL.
- Track revenue and development of sales plans and new business pipelines, preparing status reports on goals.
- Actively participate as a member of the management team in decision making, particularly in matters related to operations, health and safety, and human resources management.

**What we are looking to have you bring to us**:

- Several years of experience as a sales or business development representative is required.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process, from planning to closing.
- Highly customer centric.
- Instinctively comfortable with prospecting new business through research and networking.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills focusing on providing tailored solutions for customer needs.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and adapt quickly to change.
- Ability to:

- Develop and foster trusted and valued relationships at all levels internal and external to FCL.
- Operate in a fast paced and evolving environment.
- Multi-task and (re)set priorities as workflow dictates.
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills.

**What we can offer to you**:

- An excellent benefits package, car allowance, and matching contributions toward your RRSP.
- A collaborative, kind, family-focused culture where large egos do not fit.
- An environment that encourages personal and professional growth which includes opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
- Generous vacation and sick day entitlements.
