Our team is rapidly growing and we are looking for the next YorkC Campus Coordinator

As a YorkC Campus Coordinator you will play an essential role as the first point of contact in the front desk for the students and staff members. You will support the Admissions and Academic Director with various administrative task relating to the day-to-day operations of our Toronto-West campus.

**Responsibilities**
- Being the first point of contact for visitors, students, faculty, and staff, and providing them with information and assistance.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks such as maintaining records, managing files, organizing documents, and handling correspondence. This may also involve data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Providing support to students regarding academic programs, course registration, enrolment procedures, and graduation requirements. You may also assist students with inquiries related to academic policies, procedures, and deadlines.
- Assisting with the coordination and planning of academic events such as orientation sessions, information sessions, workshops, and academic conferences. This may involve scheduling rooms, arranging logistics, preparing materials, and supporting event attendees.
- Collaborating with faculty members and department staff to support various academic department activities.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of academic-related information, such as student records, faculty evaluations, and departmental reports.
- Serving as a liaison between the Academic and other college departments, such as Admissions, Registrar's Office, and Financial Aid. This includes coordinating information sharing, resolving issues, and facilitating effective communication.
- Assisting in special projects assigned by the Academic and Admissions Departments, such as surveys, and data collection.
- Performing other miscellaneous duties as required.

Position Requirements

Education and Experience
- A post-secondary diploma in an appropriate discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience at an administrator’s level at a higher education institution or in a school setting.

Knowledge and Skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems - Learnworlds (strong asset)
- Dynamic individual with knowledge of creating positive learning experience for adult learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience of dealing with international student needs and issues
- Ability to work independently as well as a team member.
- Strong analytic skills, with experience using Excel and other software a definite asset.
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

Toronto West Campus is located at 1 Eva Road, Suite 317, Etobicoke, ON.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- Front desk: 1 year (required)
