The Recovery Team Leader must also ensure that they acquire the full product knowledge for all of CURO Canada Corp's products and is required to utilize this knowledge and expertise to support the team and the floor in general to achieve liquidation goals. In addition to reporting directly to the Recovery Supervisor and Recovery Manager, the Recovery Team Leader works closely with District Managers, Regional Directors, Director of Canadian Store Operations, their peers and other departments as required.
