Executive Assistant to CEO

While this is not a sales role, you will still need to be comfortable communicating with potential new and existing clients. You need to be comfortable and effortlessly juggle multiple tasks flawlessly. Willing to learn ad tech terminology and concepts.
- Possess the ability to work independently and in a team
- Prepare sales presentations via Google docs
- Pre-sales Quality insurance
- Comfortable with social media
- Support the Director oF Business development and CEO
- Able to complete many tasks and love being busy
- Keep spreadsheets and CRM systems up to date daily.
- Take notes in meetings.
- Book meetings
- customer service support
- Continually learning new things and figuring them out.
- You have experience in sales support, preferably in B2B sales.
Job Responsibilities
- You’re a patient, skillful written and verbal communicator
- You enjoy being busy and having steady work throughout the day
- You have 2-3 years of Client Services experience, preferably in the AdTech / marketing world.
- You are comfortable with Google Products and working in CRM systems
- You have the drive and temperament to learn and adjust quickly.
- Extremely detail-oriented and meticulous
Knowledge of Hubspot will be an asset.
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
