**Alggin Metal Industries Ltd.** is looking for an **Accounts Payable Clerk/Operations Clerk** to join our team. This is a new position and a great fit for someone who is flexible, organized and who can adapt to shifting priorities while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. This position will report to both the Controller and the Business Manager.
**This position will be responsible for but not limited to**:
**Accounts Payable Clerk**
- Process invoices, credit memos, and purchase orders and receiving documents
- Assist the Accounting Clerk, in preparing weekly payments to vendors
- Prepare worksheets and reconcile multiple credit card accounts
- Provide daily back up support to the receptionist
**Operations Clerk**
- Process work orders into production schedule
- Communicate daily production schedule
- Cost work orders
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a related position
- High school diploma
- Experience with Sage 300 accounting system considered an asset
- Experience with inventory management software considered an asset
- Detail oriented, analytical, accurate and proficient in data entry
- Intermediate excel skills
- Multi-tasker with excellent organization and time management skills
- Positive team player
