CSPiling Corp is currently accepting resumes for an Accounts Payable Clerk /Bookkeeper’s Assistant to join our Bookkeeping team. You will be responsible for full-cycle accounts payable processes, various account reconciliations, cost code analysis, as well as supporting department improvement projects and initiatives. This role will be performed at our Office located near Marlborough Mall NE, Calgary Alberta.

**The main responsibilities will be to**:

- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate any discrepancies
- Verify transactions to comply with financial policies and procedures accepted accounting practices
- Analyze aging and prepare weekly cheque runs to minimize overdue accounts
- Answer correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain records and files related to payables work
- Calculate, prepare, and issue documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, inventory reports, account statements, and other financial statements using computerized and manual systems
- Review and enter corporate credit card expenses
- Perform AP subledger to GL reconciliation at Month End and other Month End duties
- Assist with bi-weekly Payroll preparation
- Bookkeeper assistant duties: daily projects as required
- Provide admin support daily: order materials for manufacturing staff, answer phone calls and other duties as requested

**Preference to Individuals with**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in accounts payable
- Fast learner and team player
- Excellent computer skills & MS office along with experience with QBO
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills both in oral and written form
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as an active team member
- Demonstrate sound work ethics complimented with flexible work attitude
