**Our team is seeking a highly motivated Client Service Administrator to be a part of the House of Jewellery family.**

**This individual must have experience in client/office administrator roles in the past and be willing to work with as a team player. Please note that we cater to a B2B environment only and having experience in B2B will be a benefit.**

**The person will report to both the company’s procurement coordinator and showroom manager.**

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **General office duties: Customer service duties, handling in-coming calls and monitoring the front door camera/entrance.**
- **Order Fulfillment**
- **Dealing with IN-STORE Sales**
- **Prepare and sent out orders and shipments**
- **Organizing documents and scanning invoice and receipts at the end of each Business Day**
- **Travel to trade shows and assist with sales aspect of business at times**
- **Administrative Duties as needed**
- **Other duties include: tidying up the showroom, merchandising and working with reports on tasks as needed such as inventory counts and stock checks.**

**Relevant Experience**:

- **Office administration experience of 1-2 years**
- **Adaptable to small business environment**
- **Excellent attention to detail**
- **Excellent communication skills (written, verbal)**
- **Ability to use MS OFFICE and Google Sheets**
- **Ability to use QB is an asset**
- **Bi-lingual (English and French) would be preferred**
- **Efficient time management skills**
- **Maintain positive attitude and remarkable work ethic**

**Transportation and Housing: TTC Accessible via Queen Subway Station**

**Other Job details**:

- **Start Date: As soon as possible**
- **Full Time
- 37.5 hours a week**
- **Work Hours: Mon-Thurs 10am-6:30pm, Fri 10am-5:30pm**

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
