**What will I do?**

As a Client Service Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day client administration as well as providing a broad range of support to the sales department. The Client Service Administrator plays a leading role in contributing to and enhancing the overall client experience.

**Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Provide assistance and support to the sales department through management of their block of business
- Create a variety of reports including services, renewals, RTQs, sales, and implementation
- Acquire, analyze, and authenticate the accuracy of all information provided efficiently
- Handle client questions and any issues, ensuring they are resolved in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients and insurance carriers.
- Act as the liaison between the client and the insurance carriers.
- Maintain and update Salesforce with current information on the client
- Attend offsite client meetings, when requested
- General administration duties as assigned

**What we need from you**:

- 2+ years experience as an administrative assistant/benefits administrator
- Superior time management skills and effective multi-tasking abilities with excellent prioritization
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

**It’s a bonus if you have**:

- Knowledge and experience in group benefits/group retirement services
- Certification or designation (i.e. PPAC, CEBS, GBA, RPA etc.)
