If so, Computershare has a great opportunity for you As a Client Service Administrator, you will work closely with the Relationship Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure communication are done with eagerness in order to build and maintain relationship that promote loyalty and growth for the company.

**A role you will love**
Working with a supportive manager and an experienced team, the Client Services Administrator is pivotal to our ability to retain our clients and ensure they are satisfied with Computershare. This position will work within the Client Services group to exceed established service standards, client satisfaction ratings and Net Promoter Score targets for their group.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Work with the Senior Relationship Manager and other Relationship Managers within their group to ensure that jobs are processed accurately and provided to the Operations team for execution in accordance with the established business rules and processes
- Preparation of Affidavits of Mailing
- Various other administrative duties or projects as assigned
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with internal teams to support a positive client experience
- Ensure that Client Satisfaction ratings and net promoter score targets for a specific region and/or Business Unit are met through timely and accurate execution of jobs
- Work with Senior Relationship Manager and Relationship Managers to ensure all billing for assigned clients is completed accurately and on time.

Other key skills required for the role include:
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent business experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate diplomatically with clients, internal business partners, team members and other key stakeholders.
- Flexibility with proven ability to work in a high pressure, deadline driven environment
- Self-motivation
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to new technology
- Bilingual Preferred (English and French)
