The Restaurant Expo person is a key member of the Front of House Team. They are a direct support to the Servers and Chefs and assist by running food, clearing tables and assisting with a variety of other tasks to ensure an elevated guest experience. This role is ideal for an individual that is eager to learn and committed to playing a part in our guest’s positive hospitality experience.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Take direction from the dining room and kitchen teams and aid them in setting up any food displays, the bread station, the kitchen pass and other areas.
- Prepare dining room for service by setting tables, condiments, candles, napkins, side plates, glassware, and utensils.
- Understand the composition of each menu item as well as the ingredients and allergens present in each dish.
- Assist servers with table maintenance by removing courses when completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses, resetting tables as required.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency while remaining poised during peak periods and seek out additional tasks during slower periods, such as polishing cutlery or glassware, assembling items necessary for reset, etc.
- Communicate and be an example of Cambridge Mill's core values by demonstrating genuine and thoughtful hospitality in the day-to-day execution of duties.
- Embody a great service culture and create a high level of service standards and excellence.
