Pastry Cook

**Job Purpose**:
This person plays a key role in surpassing guest expectations and providing an incredible culinary experience that inspires guests to keep coming back for more. The Pastry Cook is responsible for the preparation of high-quality, delicious food, breads, plated desserts, and petit fours in a thoughtful, consistent, and timely manner according to Pearle Hospitality’s high standards. This is someone who should be passionate about the culinary arts and creating unique menu items for guests to enjoy that will exceed their expectations and tantalize their tastebuds.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Deliver above and beyond guest experiences through the execution of high-quality and delicious food, while highlighting genuine and thoughtful hospitality.
- Assist Pastry Chef with pastry operations and preparations.
- Ensure station is prepared and mise en place is complete before meal service.
- Accept and perform additional tasks as required for optimal performance of the restaurant.
- Actively represent and promote Pearle Hospitality’s core values within the workplace.
- Act as an ambassador of The Cambridge Mill and Pearle Hospitality.
- Follow company policies and procedures as defined and outlined by Pearle Hospitality.
- Follow all Health and Safety standards to ensure a safe work environment for all guests and team members.
- Adhere to all cleanliness and sanitization practices.
- Maintain professional appearance and act with integrity and honesty.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 44 per week
