**Position Summary**

The Administrative Assistant - Programming provides daily administrative support for the Program Managers and home locations. Reporting to the Manager of Quality Care, the Administrative Assistant - Programming will be responsible for scheduling and recording meetings, maintain accurate client filing, support reconciliation of client accounts, and assist with location purchases.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Programming Team as assigned
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Answer phones and return messages
- Record meeting minutes and circulate as required
- Draft memos and circulate manager approved memos
- Maintain an administrative filing system which maintains the security and confidentiality of client files
- Carry out discretionary shopping for home locations, while adhering to budgetary restrictions
- Provide cost analysis of pending purchases to managers, as requested
- Act as the backup to Client Accounts Administrator
- Provide administrative support to the homes regarding incident reporting, month-end financial reviews, and employee status changes
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum of two years’ administrative experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Must be able to work and prioritize under pressure
- Able to work with multiple levels of management and employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with staff, outside organizations, and the public
- Sound knowledge of intellectual disabilities and experience working in the field preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required

**Work Hours**
- Full Time
- Hours will be assigned to you within core working hours
- Must be able to flex work hours into the evenings and weekends based on position needs.
- On-site

**Wage**:$18/hour
