Based in the historic Old Montreal district, the Account Executive will be responsible for helping to grow our new Montreal branch, building market position through client retention and increasing existing sales. If the idea of this role excites you, and you have what it takes to work with Canada’s Leading IT Staffing Company; this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for **Reasons to Work for us** - Compensation structure that includes both base and performance-based commission - 3 weeks of paid vacation plus flex days - 5 volunteer days a year - Hybrid work model - Medical, health and lifestyle benefits - Corporate discount perks - You will enjoy tons of opportunities to develop your career - success with over 160 hours of dedicated proprietary training and personal development to ensure you are successful - High impact role with interesting challenges **Responsibilities**: - Build trusted client relationships and grow portfolio by proactively meeting clients to seek new Flo-Thru opportunities and increase market share through promoting the Company’s service excellence and reputation as “Canada’s partner of choice" - Understand history of client, past placements, Flo-Thru contracts and job volumes - Understanding client organizational structure - Read KDM reports and Master Service Agreements (“MSA”) in MatchGuide (“MG”) - Understand account size and paytime activities - Understand client culture - Understand current projects in progress across the organization, not limited to IT - Understand client hiring processes and timelines - Meeting with active consultants to gain insight on the program - Prepare and undertake client meetings - Meeting with new client contacts within existing clients to promote our Flo-Thru MSA to expand our reach - Monitor the monthly “contract verification report” and respond urgently to any missing items. Manage and ensure client compliancy requirements have been satisfied by completing monthly audits - Coach and mentor Flo-Thru Onboarding Specialists **Qualifications** - Must be fully fluent in French and English, with the ability to clearly communicate both written and orally in French - 2+ years in sales, recruitment and or account manager experience - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and tight deadlines - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities - Able to learn and follow proven standards and processes, with a focus on negotiation - Has determination, grit and a proven ability to go the extra mile - Proven ability to work positively within a team environment - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities - Able to learn and follow proven standards and processes, with a focus on negotiation **About S.i.
