**About the role**

We’re seeking a dynamic Account Executive who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. Reporting to the Sales Manager and an essential part of the Sales team, the WHC Account Executive will be responsible for nurturing the relationship with a portfolio of premium customers and maximizing revenues for this segment.

**What you'll do**

You’ll be a key driver of WHC’s growth by helping entrepreneurs and small businesses across Canada succeed online. In this client-facing role, you’ll guide prospects through our solutions, build trust, and turn interest into impact.
- Drive new sales and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Present the benefits and value of our products in a clear, compelling way, and act as an ambassador for the WHC brand and products at field events
- Collaborate with internal teams (support, marketing, product) to ensure a smooth experience from first contact to onboarding
- Manage a portfolio of premium clients and nurture those relationships
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, and contribute ideas to help the team grow
- Share feedback and insights from conversations to help improve our offering, tools, and sales process

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1+ years of sales, customer success, or account management experience (tech industry preferred).
- Experience selling digital infrastructure, domains, IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS products.
- Working knowledge of WordPress
- Bilingual in French and English (fluent in both spoken and written).
- Confident communicator with exceptional listening and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and skilled at building strong relationships quickly.
- Thrive in a competitive, performance-based sales environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Organized, independent, resourceful, and diligent.
