Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a permanent full time Account Executive to join its vibrant Sales team. As a professional team member of Ray-Mont Logistics, the main responsibilities will consist of the following:
**Tasks**:

- Develop monthly sales reports to track progression and sales performance
- Effectively quote customers in a timely fashion
- Quarterly face to face visits with customers
- Understand the customers’ needs and effectively find solutions to execute a smooth sales process and identify business opportunities
- Maintain organization standards by ensuring the company’s best interests are kept in mind
- Able to work effectively and coherently within a team and achieve the desired results

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in Sales;
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals;
- Experience in international air and ocean sales, an asset;
- Knowledge of logistics including Ocean Import/Export, Domestic Logistics (Rail/Truck) an asset.
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong sales skills;
- Strong persuasive abilities;
- Enthusiastic and result driven;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Must be willing to learn and grow in this position;
- Knowledge of Windows based programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required;
- Attention to detail and an attitude for a fast paced, multi-tasking and customer service minded environment are all required skills.
- Bilingual an asset.
