**Associate Client Executive**

As the Associate Client Executive, you will support the Client Executive and together be accountable for all solutions and resource delivery to large Affinity clients. You will partner with various internal and external resources to provide unique client solutions. You will be responsible for growing client relationships, providing exceptional client service and creating solutions to retain clients and drive overall business revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing all service components for the client including marketing/processing, insurance placement, and expanded coverage development. You will join a team of 12 collaborative and sharp professionals of all levels.

**We will count on you to**:

- Work on and develop the BC Government Construction program and assist with other Vancouver operational non-profit programs
- Contribute to client satisfaction through high-quality and timely service throughout the client service cycle
- Manage account processes (quoting projects, client queries and coverage questions, claims assistance, document issuance, bordereaux issuance, accounting queries, collection of premium)
- Implement and maintain a quality service plan, including ensuring the accuracy and issuance of binders, policies, certificates, invoices and other relevant documents
- Review client/prospect exposures, loss experience, and analyze risk to determine product/service requirements
- Manage timely billing and collection for each client
- Drive growth through the programs
- Market the program as needed and adhere to delegated authority arrangements
- Identify efficiencies to drive program improvements
- Build relationships and networks with professional counterparts at client organizations
- Develop relationships with all functions within the company to improve client service and increase cross-selling opportunities
- Collect insights and information on client relationships and report results to senior colleagues
- Utilize Marsh Client Management Systems (Velocity, Microsoft Access, Bluestream, Brokerlink)
- Train, mentor, and coach team members
- Coordinate calendars and timelines
- Maintain fluency in the company's service offerings and market trends
- Engage industry groups and Marsh resources to offer the best resources for each client/prospect
- Comply with Marsh Excellence and Client First Principles
- Promote and enhance the team culture

**What you need to have**:

- 5+ years of experience working with insurance
- Experience with Project insurance (Course of Construction and Wrap Up Liability) is desired
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills - able to work within a team
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to independently service medium to large client (somewhat complex) accounts.
- Level 1 and Level 2 licensed OR the ability to obtain both licenses within 6 months of hire
