As a Client Support Associate, you will play a pivotal role within our sales team, providing critical support to direct sales initiatives by managing client relationships, overseeing lead generation, and delivering impactful product presentations. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and other Client Support Associates to ensure operational efficiency and foster enduring relationships with our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities of a Client Support Associate:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering tailored sales solutions to product or service-related concerns during direct interactions, and resolving issues with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct compelling live product or service demonstrations, providing prospective clients with a comprehensive, hands-on experience that enhances sales opportunities.
- Participate in regular team discussions to assess customer satisfaction levels and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Analyze regional demographics to identify key market segments, customizing sales strategies to optimize engagement and market penetration.
Qualifications for a Client Support Associate:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, or other customer-facing roles is preferred, though not essential.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients persuasively and present product offerings with clarity and conviction.
- A high degree of self-motivation, coupled with advanced problem-solving capabilities.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work synergistically with fellow Account Management Representatives to drive collective team success.
Pay: $38,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
