**What it takes**:

- Experience as a top producing Automotive Sales Person
- Results, results, results. You’re motivated by the numbers, and you go above and beyond to make sure the store crushes its goals
- The box? Never heard of it. You’re an innovative, big-picture thinker who is constantly coming up with new approaches and strategies
- Working with all people comes second nature to you, and it shows. You’ve got the right attitude to teach, coach, mentor and dive in to close deals
- You treat every customer the way you’d want your mother to be treated, and provide the “WOW” experience for every client that walks through the door
