**What You’ll Do**:
Work with customers selling their RVs on consignment, guiding them through the process
Assist buyers in finding the right RV, from first-timers to seasoned travelers
Learn inventory management, pricing, and market trends to maximize sales and consignment success
Collaborate with senior managers to develop leadership and sales strategies
Stay up to date on the latest RV models, financing options, and industry trends
Support dealership marketing efforts to drive leads and customer engagement

**What We’re Looking For**:
Sales experience (automotive, RV, or similar)
A passion for customer service and the RV lifestyle
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and eager to learn both consignment and sales operations
A valid driver’s license
