**Assistant Sales Manager**

We’re **No Bull RV Sales**, and we’re not your average dealership. We sell used RVs, and we do it with straight talk, hard work, and zero nonsense. We take care of people ~our customers and our team~ and we’re looking for an **Assistant Sales Manager** who’s wired the same way.

This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be in the middle of it; leading, teaching, closing, and keeping the place moving. We want someone who treats this like _their_ business; not someone who waits to be told what to do.

**Here’s what you’ll be doing**
- Leading by example - **coaching**, **closing**, and **building** the team every day.
- Working with buyers and consignors - **turning good conversations into great deals.**:

- Keeping sales, F&I, and consignment running smooth and consistent.
- Making sure follow-ups get done, CRM gets used, and standards stay high.
- Holding yourself and others **accountable** — no excuses, just results.
- Finding better ways to do things and **taking ownership** when you see an opportunity.

- You’ve got **real RV experience** — sales, consignment, F&I. You get how this business works.
