Car West is expanding its finance department, and we are on the lookout for a dedicated, driven, and motivated Finance Manager to join our high-volume, customer-focused team at our single-point dealership. **About the Role**:
As a Finance Manager at Car West, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our clients by presenting and promoting our suite of financial and insurance products, including extended warranties, term life insurance, and accident and health insurance contracts, tailored to our valued used vehicle customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Presentation**: Effectively present financial and insurance products to customers, highlighting the benefits and securing sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Foster relationships with previous customers to drive after-sales opportunities, including promoting accessory and aftermarket sales such as Maintenance Plans and Remote Starters.
- **Compliance & Ethics**: Adhere to the highest standards of professional ethics, aligning your work with industry best practices, provincial regulations, and dealership guidelines.
- **Deal Structuring & Submission**: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of lender programs, market rates, and regulations to structure and submit deals effectively, ensuring they align with lender, manufacturer, and dealership policies.
- **Lender Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, securing approvals and maximizing opportunities by staying updated on new programs and market changes.
- **Analytical Skills**: Analyze credit reports to identify and manage conventional deals effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid AMVIC License and Driver’s License (Class 5).
- Minimum of five years of experience in financing.
- Proficiency with Dealertrack and experience selling aftermarket products like extended warranties and GAP coverage.
- Strong understanding of provincial regulations and industry standards.

**Schedule**:

- Full-time, commission-based role.
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed.
