**Duties**:

- Responding to Customers queries on stock items and part numbers
- Providing quotes and technical support to customers
- Communicating with the Sales team and Manufacturing/Workshop
- Following up with customer on submitted quotations
- Assisting Sales team in preparation of quotations
- Updating customer information as required
- Providing technical, product and general support to our current customer base and our national distributors
- Identifying Tender opportunities
- Ensure all sales orders are processed in accordance with AWC Policies and Procedures
- Promote repeat business by demonstrating a customer focused attitude.
- Work effectively with our manufacturing, supply chain & logistics divisions to ensure the most successful outcomes for our customers.
- Assisting warehouse in dispatch of customer/project orders
- Liaising with Manufacturing to assist clients with lead times and deliveries
- Identify, process, and dispatch of returns and RMA requests
- Assist in managing stock levels throughout warehouses
- Assist with Procurement for standard product and value add Jobs

**Requirements**:
This position requires an experienced person with the below skills, attributes, and experience:

- Previous experience in a sales and customer service position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 3 or more Years Relevant Industry experience around Electrical Equipment inclusive of Electric Motors, VFD's, Transformers, Instrumentation & Controls
- A high level of customer service
- Electrical trades or Engineering background
- Ability to work autonomously
- Solution focused mindset and negotiation skills
- Experience with Microsoft office
- Able to interpret technical catalogues and product information
- A team player with ability to multi-task
