IT Quality Product Coordinator

**The role**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Strategic Planning _
- Ensure delivery of new technology solutions and capabilities in accordance with the roadmap and ensure that they meet established objectives and expectations of business partners
- Design scalable and standardized solutions as part of the fit for growth IT strategy
- Proactively identify business capability and IT service gaps and contribute to improvement efforts
- Technical Functions _
- Partner with Global Solutions Delivery and Enterprise Architects to develop technology enablement business capability roadmaps.
- Manage troubleshooting and solution enhancements with AMS partners for Quality related Incidents
- Partner with Quality Assurance organization for prioritization new functionality, schedule upcoming patching/upgrades
- Responsible for User management process
- Team & Leadership Functions _
- Collaborate with Supply Chain process owners as well as OEMs to ensure high plant productivity
- Works closely with business partners and IT teams to deliver strong technical solutions and support for Mark Anthony Production sites.
- Oversee with business and AMS external support during schedule downtimes for patching/upgrades

**What you’ll bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree in a business administration, technology, quality assurance
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in IT roles in Retail industry
- Expert knowledge of systems used in quality processes
- 2+ Experience working with Data Management systems
- 3+ Experience with IT projects including ERP and quality tools

**Who you are**:

- Knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Project and MS Visi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $80,000.00 per year
