Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC, for a Production Coordinator. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for managing production schedules, organizing daily workflows, and supporting project management tasks to ensure smooth operations. This includes collaborating with production teams, maintaining clear communication among stakeholders, and tracking project progress to meet deadlines while upholding the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and coordinate between teams.
  • Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure seamless workflows and schedule adherence.
  • Experience with Project Management and Organization Skills to track deadlines, manage resources, and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Adaptability to dynamic project demands and ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant professional experience in production coordination or management is preferred.
