**Description du poste**
- Le coordonnateur marketing devra participer à la gestion de projets et d’activités pour le service de marketing et ses parties prenantes clés.
- Travailler avec les gestionnaires d’équipes marketing pour coordonner les activités quotidiennes menant à l’achèvement des projets et des tâches. Assister à la conception, au développement et à la mise en œuvre de campagnes de marketing et de lancements de produits.
- Utiliser des stratégies de marketing et des médias spécifiques (p. ex., imprimés, numériques et sociaux) pour lancer et positionner des produits et des services d’un secteur.
- Faciliter la mise en œuvre de stratégies et de programmes de marketing en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.

**Activités principales**
- Assister le gestionnaire du marketing de segment dans le développement et l’exécution de toutes les stratégies de marketing et de publicité.
- Développer une solide relation de collaboration avec les équipes de vente. Aligner les objectifs de vente et de marketing sur ceux de l’organisation au sens large.
- Avoir une connaissance profonde des besoins des clients finaux au sein des segments de marché desservis.
- Gérer les étapes clés du développement et de la mise à jour des actifs marketing et de la gestion du budget marketing.
- Élaborer et respecter un plan de publicité et un calendrier des médias. Bâtir des relations avec des publications spécialisées et rechercher des occasions de visibilité supplémentaire.
- Créer, réviser et éditer du texte pour divers canaux de marketing afin d’en assurer l’uniformité du ton et du message de la marque.
- Évaluer et suivre la performance des campagnes en continu en analysant les statistiques clés et en créant des rapports exhaustifs.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de conception graphique à la livraison de contenu conforme aux directives de la marque.
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de produit à la création et à l’édition de la documentation sur les produits et du contenu numérique.
- Gérer les relations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour assurer l’exécution opportune et de haute qualité des programmes de marketing.
- Utiliser le système de gestion CRM pour veiller à ce que les campagnes de marketing visent des segments de marché spécifiques et que la base de données du système soit mise à jour pour refléter les campagnes dans lesquelles les contacts ont été inclus.
- Préparer du contenu destiné à être déployé dans notre système de gestion de l’apprentissage (SGA).
- En plus de collaborer de près avec l’équipe de marketing et tous les types de projets susmentionnés, le coordonnateur marketing dirigera et facilitera diverses autres tâches, au besoin.

**Job Summary**
- The Marketing Coordinator participates in the management of projects and activities for the marketing department and its key stakeholders.
- Work with marketing team managers to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks. Assist in design, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns and new product launches.
- Uses specific marketing strategies and media (e.g., print, digital and social) to launch and position products and services in a sector.
- Facilitate the implementation of marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
