This is the ideal role for a recent college or university graduate of a marketing/communications related post-secondary program with 1-2 years of marketing execution experience and with exceptional organizational, communication, and technical skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact Database Management; create database contact lists, clean/update lists, grow the opt-in database, segment lists based on prospect/customer behavior and website interactions.
- Measure results and optimize campaigns and workflows based on analytics data.
- Generate reports for clients and communicate results.

**Experience and Attributes**:

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker able to develop process maps/workflows based on specific client situations.
- Collaborative team player able to work effectively within a small team.
- Ability to understand analytical data and make refinements to improve results.

**Preferred Skills and Technical Knowledge**:

- Graphic design experience and familiarity with HTML and CSS would be considered an asset, but not a requirement.
