Eastway Management Inc. is a medium sized, boutique Condominium Management Firm that was established in 1984 and proudly remains family owned and operated.

As a Condo Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a portfolio of Condominiums, managing maintenance/repairs, coordinating with contractors, attending Board meetings, handle resident inquiries/concerns, prepare budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will work alongside a supportive team, collaborate with senior management and improve condominium operations and resident satisfaction.

We are currently seeking an:
**EXPERIENCED CONDO MANAGER REQUIRED** for a Durham Region based portfolio.

Applicants must:

- have excellent people, organizational and communication skills, and be self-motivated.
- have general knowledge of the Condominium Act.
- have basic building mechanical knowledge.
- be able to conduct Board Meetings and regular site inspections to assess property conditions.
- be able to read and interpret Condominium Declaration and By-Laws.
- be able to analyze quotes and prepare management reports.
- be able to read and understand financial statements, and prepare budgets.
- have excellent computer skills; experience with Shiftsuite, Share Point, Excel and Outlook is an asset.
- be able to work well under pressure and to a deadline.
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and building regulations.
- handle resident inquiries, feedback, complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

General Licence or RCM preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
