We are a successful, well established Property Maintenance & Landscape Build company looking to add an accomplished professional as a General Manager with a minimum of 5 to 10 years in the industry working with teams and equipment.

If your management style incorporates enrollment strategies with a desire to work in a cohesive, positive team environment, we want to speak with you.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and recruit, and train team members

Schedule crews

Interact with Clients to ensure 1st rate service

Build the client base with quality companies and individuals for maintenance and Landscape build projects.

Manage schedule and deadlines for equipment maintenance and repairs.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Whitby, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
