Pennine Security Solutions is a leading Canadian Security Company based in Mississauga, ON. With over 10 years of experience in the security industry, we strive to exceed the expectations of our clients, employees, and communities through our comprehensive and progressive services.
**Role Description**
The Sales Executive will join the sales team, to offer goods and services to new and existing customers. Their primary duties include approaching prospective customers, cold calling, winning new clients, maintaining good relationships with businesses, and setting sales goals.
**Sales Executive Duties and Responsibilities**
The Sales Executive is responsible for negotiating sales, costs, deliveries and specifications with buyers and business executives.
- Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies
- Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
- Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer’s needs
- Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections.
- Advising product developers on improvements to include in forthcoming product development
- Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure
- Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Utilize telemarketing and inside sales techniques to reach potential customers
- Promote and sell technology products or services to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
**Essential Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent customer service skills

Pay: $45,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
Additional pay:

**Experience**:
- B2B sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Negotiation: 2 years (preferred)
