Business Client Relationship Coordinator

**Job Overview**
Inception Biz seeks a highly motivated Business Clients Relationship Coordinator to manage relationships with key clients and ensure satisfaction by delivering tailored business solutions. You will be crucial in bridging the gap between the company and its clients, ensuring a seamless communication flow, and contributing to client retention and business growth.
**Duties**
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key business clients, ensuring timely responses to their needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across strategic planning, marketing, financial, and IT consulting to deliver customized solutions for clients.
- Provide in-depth market analysis and business recommendations based on industry and market trends to help clients achieve sustainable growth.
- Proactively identify key challenges in clients' businesses and recommend innovative strategies to drive their business development.
- Monitor clients' business performance metrics, regularly providing reports and analysis to optimize their operational efficiency and financial outcomes.
- Hold regular strategic planning meetings with clients to assess business needs and develop future collaboration plans.
- Address client feedback and complaints by promptly mobilizing internal resources to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and executing clients’ strategic plans, including projects in marketing, financial optimization, and IT system upgrades across multiple areas of collaboration.
- Report regularly to senior management on the progress of client relationships and identify potential business opportunities for upselling or business expansion.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and technological changes to ensure clients are prepared for compliance and digital transformation challenges.
**Experience**
- Strong knowledge of business strategy, financial planning, and market analysis, with a proven ability to provide customized solutions to clients.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools to track client performance and generate insights for business improvement.
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
