Business Development & Client Relationship Coordinator Hybrize Design Inc. is a growing engineering-led consulting firm delivering structural and civil engineering services for contractors, developers, and industrial clients across Canada. We specialize in permit-ready, fast-turnaround engineering solutions that help construction teams move forward without delays. Our work spans residential, commercial, and industrial projects, including oil & gas and steel structures. Why This Role Exists We are now looking for someone to own client relationships and keep work flowing into the firm. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys: Talking to people in construction Following up consistently Building long-term professional relationships Being close to real projects (without doing engineering) This is not a high-pressure sales role. It is a relationship-driven business development position. Your Role As a Business Development & Client Relationship Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients while also reaching out to new potential partners. You will act as the front line of communication, ensuring Hybrize stays top-of-mind when clients have upcoming work. Key Responsibilities Maintain regular contact with existing and past clients Follow up with contractors, developers, fabricators, and consultants Reach out to new potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone Identify upcoming projects and opportunitiesBook introductory and follow-up calls with senior leadership Track leads, conversations, and follow-ups in a simple CRM or tracker Support proposal coordination and internal handoff of opportunities Who We’re Looking For 2–5 years experience in business development, client coordination, or relationship management Background or exposure to construction, engineering, real estate, or oil & gas is a strong asset Comfortable speaking with contractors and industry professionals Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills Professional, confident, and clear communicator Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Compensation & Growth Hourly Rate: $25–$35/hour (based on experience) Performance Bonus: 3–5% of collected project revenue Flexible, part-time schedule to start Clear pathway to full-time role as workload grows Opportunity to grow into Senior BD / Partnerships role Why Join Hybrize Work directly with company leadership Learn how real engineering & construction businesses operate Be part of a growing firm with long-term vision Relationship-focused role (no pressure selling) Exposure to industrial, commercial, and residential projects How to Apply Please submit your resume and a short note describing your experience with client relationships or follow ups. #J-18808-Ljbffr
