**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Identify opportunities for business growth by understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Lead negotiations to secure contracts, renewals, and upsells, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue potential and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns that support client acquisition and retention efforts.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform business development strategies.
- Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Prepare detailed reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and strategic initiatives for senior management.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or related roles with a focus on business development.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients and internal teams effectively.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client information and sales activities.
- Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to client engagement strategies.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make an impact in a growing organization while developing their career in client relationship management.

Pay: $18.06-$27.33 per hour
