**Roles & Responsibilities**

The position duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Accounts payable data entry and payment preparation
- Vendor statement reconciliation
- Accounts receivable invoice preparation
- Preparation of vendor payment calculations
- Regulatory reporting
- Vendor relations and management
- Shipment coordination and paperwork
- Banking
- Office supply ordering
- Maintaining organized filing systems
- Other office duties as assigned
- effective technical and problem solving skills
- the ability to coordinate and organize tasks efficiently
- the ability to work well in high paced, pressure situations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
