**The Opportunity**

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of bank forms and financing related to real estate transactions
- Experience with commercial sales, purchases, mortgages and preparation of related documents
- Mange disbursement entries, time entries and client billings
- Knowledge of Corporate Registry and Land Titles Registry
- Maintain digital and physical filings
- Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite package, including Word, Excel and Outlook
