**What you will do**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate documents.
- Provide legal advice on property acquisitions, sales, development, and financing.
- Collaborate with clients to review, explain, and execute documents related to their transaction.
- Advise clients on zoning laws, property rights, title issues, land use, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct due diligence investigations, including reviewing title searches, surveys, and property histories.
- Liaise with brokers, lenders, surveyors, and government agencies on behalf of clients.
- Ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
- Stay current on legal developments in the real estate sector and provide strategic guidance accordingly.

**What you brin**g**:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Good standing with the Law Society of Saskatchewan.
- Minimum 3 years of experience practicing real estate law.
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and regulatory issues.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex transactions and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
