What You’ll Do
As a contributing member of the Professional Services team, you will work closely with the Vice-President - Professional Services, Senior Managing Director, Managers and the Real Property Team to support our company’s vision, strategic priorities and initiatives. The position is based in Saskatoon, SK and requires local and regional travel. Your work will involve:

- Site Inspections: Travel to various locations to gather detailed information, measurements, and photographs.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and expert analysis to develop solid, defensible value estimates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure accurate and reliable appraisals.
- Training and Quality Control: Mentor junior staff and perform quality control reviews to maintain high standards.

Travel Opportunities
This role offers variety and exciting travel opportunities, with approximately 30-40% regional and national travel required, and occasional global travel. You’ll have the chance to explore new places and various industries while contributing to our success.

Your research and analysis skills are top-notch, and you’re proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and databases. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally and regionally are essential.
Your Credentials
- Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) designation and member in good standing or close to obtaining AACI designation;
- 5 - 10 years’ CRE valuation experience;
- Experience with appraisal report writing, depreciation report writing, property inspections, and/or onsite data collection; and
- A combination of education, designation and experience may be considered.
